We built the partnership we believe every business deserves.
We watched too many good businesses get hurt by problems a legal consultant could have prevented. Contracts signed without review. Disputes that escalated because nobody stepped in early. Law firm invoices that read like riddles.
So we built the partnership we kept wishing existed. One team, plain language, fixed fees, and counsel that works from inside your business rather than at arm's length.

Farhan Iqbal
Founder & Head of Legal
Farhan Iqbal is the founder of Tru Terms and the legal consultant behind its work. With thirteen years across the UK and the GCC, he advises founders, boards, and businesses on corporate, commercial, and construction matters, and drafts in both Arabic and English. He built Tru Terms on a simple idea: that legal support should sit inside the business, speak plainly, and cost what was agreed.
Dania Farhan
Co-Founder, Corporate Guidance Counsellor & Strategic Director
Dania Farhan is co-founder of Tru Terms, its Corporate Guidance Counsellor and Strategic Director, responsible for how the firm runs and how clients experience it. She keeps the promise the firm was built on: that clients are answered, kept informed, and treated as the firm would want to be treated. She oversees operations, client care, and the standards that hold across every engagement.

Experience that spans systems and languages.
Our legal team brings together more than 13 years of experience across the UK and the GCC, spanning construction, corporate and commercial law, governance, compliance, and dispute resolution. The team has negotiated high value contracts for multinational companies, built legal departments from the ground up, and advised businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Our mediators are accredited by ADR ODR International and registered with the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), placing Tru Terms among the few UAE consultancies offering internationally recognised mediation.
We work in Arabic and English in house, and our experience spans both civil and common law systems, so nothing gets lost between legal cultures.
